The 'secure car park' felt more like a junkyard than a safe place to leave your ship, no barriers or CCTV. Doors often failed to close properly, leading to some frustrating moments and an uneasy feeling about security. The air conditioning made a racket without actually cooling the space, and the overall lack of cleanliness—like unemptied trash and uncleaned bathrooms—was disappointing. Encountering a big cockroach was the last straw for this stay.

pleasant stay with minor issues
The cleanliness of the rooms was superb throughout my entire stay. The staff are exceptionally kind, always prioritizing guests' needs. The stunning room exceeded my expectations based on the photos, and the convenience of the 24/7 bar service offered great drinks at reasonable prices, adding an enjoyable touch to the experience.
While the location is decent, it would benefit from nearby dining options.

The Black Superior Loft was super cool and spacious! The duplex layout made it feel like a mini apartment. The bed was ultra comfy, and there were nice touches like complimentary hot drinks and candy. The design is really unique, all dark and stylish, which I totally loved. But, the air conditioning was a bit noisy and didn't cool too well.
